The company
Netgain Solutions builds accounting automation software that helps mid-market and enterprise finance teams manage lease accounting, fixed assets, and complex revenue scenarios on top of NetSuite. The product sits inside the NetSuite ecosystem and finance automation category — alongside FloQast, BlackLine, and Trintech — and competes on its native integration with NetSuite and its purpose-built workflows for ASC 842, ASC 606, and audit-grade reconciliation.
The buyer is the finance and accounting leadership: corporate controller, head of revenue accounting, CFO. The sales motion targets NetSuite customers in growth-stage and enterprise tiers, with strong pipeline contribution from inbound demand and Netsuite partner-channel co-marketing.
The problem
Netgain Solutions had low overall number of leads and high cost per lead in Google Ads. The previous account configuration wasn't leveraging Smart Bidding or proper conversion data — leaving budget inefficient and the bid algorithms under-trained.
The work
In the first 3 months we established four main changes: ensured proper data collection, introduced a new campaign structure after account audit and product research, activated Smart Bidding, and launched new content assets. Netgain partnered with us to build their data collection infrastructure and ensure proper data activation across ad platforms. The result: industry-standard GA4 and GTM configurations and automated integrations between ad platforms and HubSpot. The approach shifted from Manual to Smart bidding, with new content assets focused on lead volume growth while decreasing costs.
