The company
Netgain Solutions builds accounting automation software that helps mid-market and enterprise finance teams manage lease accounting, fixed assets, and complex revenue scenarios on top of NetSuite. The product sits inside the NetSuite ecosystem and finance automation category — alongside FloQast, BlackLine, and Trintech — and competes on its native integration with NetSuite and its purpose-built workflows for ASC 842, ASC 606, and audit-grade reconciliation.
The buyer is the finance and accounting leadership: corporate controller, head of revenue accounting, CFO. The sales motion targets NetSuite customers in growth-stage and enterprise tiers, with strong pipeline contribution from inbound demand and Netsuite partner-channel co-marketing.
The problem
Netgain Solutions struggled with the quality of inbound leads, which limited their ability to grow pipeline within their current budget. The marketing team needed a smarter signal feeding the bid algorithms — and a way to attribute pipeline back to specific channels and audiences.
The work
We approached the challenge by introducing: establishing a robust data infrastructure, introducing Offline Conversion Tracking in Google Ads, and optimizing campaign structure with advanced targeting. Netgain set new lead stages in their funnel, which we translated into Google Ads' OCT. By focusing on high-value target audiences identified through in-market behavior signals, demographics, ICP attributes, and first-party data, Netgain better targeted ideal customers across ad platforms. The data integration enabled real-time insights into campaign performance and the customer journey.
