The business sits inside the IT services and digital transformation category — alongside EPAM, Endava, and Globant — and competes on its delivery footprint, vertical expertise, and senior engineering capacity.
The buyer is the technology and digital leadership at large enterprises: CIO, head of digital, transformation lead. The problem
The Scalefocus team wanted to improve and strategize their internal Content Marketing and SEO processes and upskill their team to achieve faster SEO results. The goal wasn't just better SEO output — it was building durable internal capability so the SEO program could continue compounding without external dependence.
The work
Our team stepped into a strategic role to support development of robust internal processes for content marketing and SEO. We created a multi-layer SEO Strategic Plan based on three pillars: Team Training and Enablement (workshops to empower the team with essential SEO skills), Leveraging Existing Assets (strategic SEO support including on-page optimization), and Content Strategy & Production (establishing a structured content production process aligned with business objectives). Our SEO partnership empowered the team to independently manage content strategies, streamlining the whole content production process from brainstorming to publishing and amplification.
