CoreView is a Microsoft 365 management and security platform that helps enterprises govern, secure, and optimize their M365 tenants at scale. The product sits inside the Microsoft 365 administration and SaaS management category — alongside ManageEngine, Quest On Demand, and AvePoint — and competes on its ability to delegate granular admin tasks across complex enterprise structures while reducing security and licensing risk.

The buyer is the IT and security operations leadership: M365 administrator, IT director, head of security operations. The sales motion targets mid-market and enterprise organizations with sprawling M365 deployments, where governance, license optimization, and compliance gaps create real operational cost.

The CoreView team wanted to stay ahead of the competition by increasing organic search visibility and outranking on SERPs. We joined efforts to create a strategy that generated traffic and increased audience engagement and lead generation — particularly for the IT decision makers researching M365 governance solutions.

What we built.

We discovered the key informational topics missing from the CoreView website after research. We also audited current content to make recommendations on better meeting user intent. Our goal was to own the first SERP results while increasing CTR and bringing in more organic conversions. We built a strong interlinking structure to help users and search engines navigate the website more effectively. The user journey began with bottom-of-funnel content and concluded with a lead submission or "contact us" page.
