The customer is a retail or professional trader. Eightcap operates across multiple regulated jurisdictions, which makes consent management and data privacy compliance a constant operating concern across both marketing and product surfaces.

They needed a solution accommodating multiple advertising platforms while future-proofing with Google Consent Mode v2. Cross-platform integration and a comprehensive approach to wrapping consent logic around advertising channels were also required.
