icanpreneur is a startup platform that works as an AI-powered co-founder for early-stage entrepreneurs, helping them validate ideas, structure their business, and execute through a guided, AI-assisted experience. The product sits inside the emerging founder-tools and AI-assisted entrepreneurship category, alongside other early-stage builder platforms and AI advisor products.
The customer is the early-stage entrepreneur — often a first-time founder building a business with limited capital and limited team. As an early-stage product itself, icanpreneur treats foundational data infrastructure as a building block for everything that comes later: product analytics, marketing optimization, and business model decisions.

icanpreneur needed to track user interactions across two platforms but had no existing data framework. Without a system in place, understanding user behavior and making data-driven decisions was challenging. The company required a customized solution that could handle multi-domain tracking and meet their specific business needs from day one.

What we built.
Discovery & Audit identified key tracking needs. Custom Data Layer Development collaborated with icanpreneur's developers to create a custom data layer for tracking essential user interactions. Tool Integration implemented GA4, GTM, and Google Ads, establishing a seamless tracking system across both platforms. A tailored event matrix framework was designed to capture critical conversion events. We provided crucial support: consultation and implementation, a custom measurement framework tailored to icanpreneur's unique requirements, and collaboration & training to empower the team to manage their new system.
