Musketari is a Bulgarian start-up that operates a customer-facing service business with a custom-built CRM at its core. As a fast-growing local-market business, the team treats data and analytics infrastructure as a competitive lever rather than a back-office concern.
The customer is consumer-facing within Musketari's market footprint. The marketing motion combines paid acquisition, organic, and offline channels — making a unified view of the customer journey across both online and offline systems essential for budget decisions.
The problem
Musketari faced challenges unifying customer journey data across online and offline systems. Their custom CRM, while robust, required a tailored approach to integrate effectively with other MarTech tools and GA4. This disjointed data landscape resulted in fragmented insights, hindering their ability to optimize marketing strategies and fully leverage deeper-funnel signals in advertising platforms.
The work
We explored GA4's Measurement Protocol to determine how it could unify Musketari's online and offline data streams based on their specific CRM capabilities. We crafted a detailed guide to assist Musketari's development team in configuring their systems to accurately capture and send offline events to GA4. We configured GA4 to accept and process server-based HTTP requests, ensuring all customer interactions were tracked across channels. Testing and validation were conducted in collaboration with Musketari's technical team.
