The company
Noonlight is a safety technology platform that connects mobile apps, hardware, and platform partners with 24/7 emergency response services across the US. The product sits inside the safety and emergency-response API category — alongside other emergency dispatch platforms — and competes on its embedded API approach that allows partners to build safety features directly into their products.
The buyer is the product, security, or trust-and-safety leadership at consumer apps, IoT companies, and platforms with safety use cases. As Noonlight pivoted to a B2B-first strategy, the marketing motion shifted toward product, engineering, and safety leaders evaluating safety-as-a-service for their own products.
The problem
Noonlight's team needed to revamp their website to reflect a shift to a B2B-first approach. The primary objective: ensure smooth, seamless update while preserving organic traffic and search visibility. Secondary objective: lay groundwork for expanding visibility across B2B solution clusters and providing a cohesive experience for enterprise visitors. The risk: a B2B-focused redesign could destroy the consumer-facing organic equity built up over years.
The work
We began with an initial assessment to understand the potential impact of Noonlight's shift to a B2B-first strategy on organic performance. Based on this, we developed a clear strategy to support the website update while protecting existing traffic. We worked closely with Noonlight's Marketing and Web teams to ensure technical SEO best practices were in place, including redirect mapping, URL structure, and indexation rules. Post-launch, we implemented monitoring via Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush to track rankings, impressions, CTR, index coverage, SERP features, and AI Overviews.
